But free is good anytime, right?
If you like to add to your ebook collection by spending no or little money, here are two great sites for you to investigate.
Bookbub.com is a site that connects you with free or inexpensive book buys across every genre. You can choose which categories you are interested in, and Bookbub will tailor a list based on your preferences and deliver it to your inbox. You can investigate their recommendations and buy or not as you prefer. You can update your preferences at any time, and your Bookbub emails will reflect those changes. (more…)
David C. Cook Publishing gives away ebooks twice each week. This religious publisher also offers free music on occasion. To sign up, go to their website, scroll down to the bottom, and you will see the box to enter your email address. Then, twice each week, you will receive an email listing the freebies – along with a few other selections you can purchase.
With both these sites, you will be able to select which reader you use (Kindle, etc.) and the source you wish to purchase from.
This is a great way to fill up that phone or tablet with books to keep you occupied during those unexpected delays – like when you can’t get to work because of the snow. 🙂
